Coming from a background in corporate real estate sales and HR, Kate was able to draw on her customer service skills, hone her negotiation expertise and exercise her flair for matching people with property. I cannot speak more highly of the expertise and energy we received from Kate McCullagh and Di Jones RE in selling our property in Burrawang, NSW recently. Frankly we were shocked, when 3 weeks on market Kate had 4 serious purchasers, the offer we wanted, and an exchange done and dusted. Di Jones RE did what they promised to do – so unusual for this to happen with agents in some rural areas. We had minimal marketing costs, use of a real, extensive data base (unlike others who promise a data base but don’t deliver) great use of social media, all of which led to an extremely fast, and professional sale, almost unheard of at the high end of the market in the Highlands.
