Elizabeth Tregear forged a strong connection with the Southern Highlands when she moved to Bowral with her family in the 1990s. They spent a decade living in the highlands before moving back to Sydney and a few years later, with the family grown, Elizabeth and her husband felt compelled to move back to the area they call home.
Elizabeth has always been fascinated about all things real estate and, combining her dual passions for property and design, established her interior design practice. She ran her highly successful Eastern Suburbs based studio, Elizabeth Tregear Interiors, for 15 years over which time she helped numerous clients create their dream homes and made a name for herself in the industry.
Elizabeth’s own personal real estate experiences are extensive, having bought and sold numerous homes over the years. It’s this understanding and empathy for both buyers and vendors and a true understanding of the intrinsic selling qualities of all manner of homes that gives Elizabeth an edge. Elizabeth knows what sells, what’s important to buyers and how to showcase a property in its most favourable light.
Elizabeth’s approach combines her design savvy, marketing expertise and customer service skills with an inherent understanding of what buyers are looking for in Southern Highlands’ real estate. Elizabeth understands buying or selling a home is an important investment decision, but also a very personal one and her in-depth knowledge of real estate and the market enables her to provide an invaluable level of insight, expertise and understanding.

Dear Liz, Thank you for your unstinting work in helping to achieve the sale of the family property at a very acceptable price in a very tight market. I have no hesitation with referring you to anybody needing the professional advice and support you gave me, it was remarkable and much appreciated. Selling your home is one of the most stressful experience for all, to have not only a supporting but caring agent is an immense bonus. Once again, my sincere and many thanks, Best regards, Glenda Parr
