Di Jones Real Estate provides a unique auction experience

In early 2014 we moved our corporate operations to the landmark Queens Court, 118-122 Queen Street Woollahra. The Di Jones brand is renowned for setting the benchmark for distinction and style which is also a reflection of our staff, offices and services. As an agency, Di Jones is in a rare position to offer both onsite or in-house auctions, something that most agencies cannot provide.

Having an auction room at Di Jones offices is a special differentiator, as it makes potential buyers more comfortable and relaxed in a neutral environment and takes away any distractions and variables. There can be a lot of things onsite that we as agents can’t control like the weather, a party next door to your property on auction day or even parking problems, just to name a few.
In-house auctions are a great place for prospective buyers to come along and research properties in the areas they are interested in, as we often have several properties up for auction on the one evening. If you are selling your home with us, you have the security of knowing there is an audience of buyers in the room.  Attendees at in-house auctions also have the ability to bid on any or all properties up for auction.

Our resident Auctioneer Gavin Croft, 2013 and 2014 REIA NSW Auctioneer of the Year, has achieved a string of record sales and conducted over 1,000 auctions in his career to date. When asked for his perspective on in-house auctions Gavin says “It provides an improved experience for buyers, the comfort and quality of the surrounds quite often sees buyers noticeably relaxed, perhaps less intimidated and more agreeable in their engagement.”  
From the property photos and videos, copywriting, open for inspections, following up OFI attendees and their databases, branding through social media, sharing of buyer information from other Di Jones sales agents, working behind the scenes with the back of house staff and communication throughout the sales process and beyond, the Di Jones team are involved every step of the way.
